A little bit about me.

I’ve been interested in health and wellness since I was a kid. In fact, I started working part-time in the back of a health food store at 10 years old!  I’ve worked there through College, still taking every night and weekend classes on cooking, health and supplements offered by my work.  After college, I worked in a different field for a couple of years but decided to come back to my first love; Holistic health.

Despite having a lot of knowledge, always eating organic non-processed foods and taking supplements, I never felt things were right in my body. I researched and experimented, saw several different heath professionals and spent a lot of dollars in an effort to resolve what was going on with me. No one could figure out the root of why I felt the way I did, or what to do about it (not even me!).  Some gave me a couple of pieces of the puzzle, but what I wanted is a solution to feel truly healthy, happy and energetic, not just to remove some of my symptoms.

I started this blog to share some of the things I learned along the way. I’d love to hear your suggestions and feedback.
